Cathy Wattam (RGN, IIHHT)
Cathy began her career as a Registered General Nurse, qualifying in 1994 and working for ten years in a hospice in Lancashire, providing nursing care for patients with life-threatening illnesses. It was during her time at the Hospice that she developed a keen interest in Natural Medicine and Complementary Therapies, deciding that it could enhance the well-being of those very poorly patients. She studied Aromatherapy to Advanced Level and followed this with Levels One, Two and Three (Master Level) in the Usui Ryoho Reiki System of Natural Healing. She began to use the therapies on staff and patients and found both therapies to be very helpful. She later qualified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). After many clients asked about food intolerance testing, Cathy began to research various systems and discovered the Asyra Pro Electro-Dermal Screening System. She found it to be an excellent health assessment and treatment device. She underwent extensive training and continues to study at advanced level.
