REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an extremely relaxing, natural and gentle therapy which is gaining in popularity. It is based on the understanding that the feet mirror the body, so by applying pressure to the feet all parts of the body can be reached.

Massage helps to release tension, relieve stress, improve circulation, improve lymph drainage and promotes a sense of wellbeing. Therapeutic massage is also known as Swedish or Remedial Massage.
Each treatment is tailored to your specific need. It can be very calming and relaxing, or more invigorating with deep tissue techniques to release tight muscles – or a combination of both.
Your privacy and modesty are respected at all times and you will be covered in warm, soft towels throughout the treatment.
Choose between a full body massage or a massage that concentrates on the neck, back and shoulders. The areas massaged in a full body massage are normally back, legs, arms, shoulders, abdomen and head, but each treatment is individually tailored to meet your needs.

Couples massage is a great way to introduce a partner who has never had a massage before in a way that makes them feel more comfortable the first time. Some men are apprehensive about getting a massage, and to have their wife or girlfriend there is reassuring. Men usually discover that therapeutic touch is very relaxing and restorative. Once they experience a couples massage, they are more willing to book a massage on their own.
It can also be a good choice if you're with someone you don't get to see often enough - a sister, girlfriend, mum or best friends - and you want to spend as much time together as possible.

The treatment can be carried out over light clothing with the client sitting comfortably in a chair, unless oils are required to be used resulting in the neck and shoulders being uncovered.
